NewPad Building Co. is an up-and-coming real estate and residential home builder in Texas. Their mission is to provide quality and affordable 'New Pads' for Texan homebuyers. I had the pleasure to collaborate with their owner, Cooper Conger, to establish a new professional website and create renderings promoting their new builds.
The goal was to build a straightforward website showing potential homebuyers New Pad's variety of available homes. I worked to establish brand guidelines to maintain the website's design integrity as well as for future marketing materials.

Additionally, I have developed material/paint selections and renderings of several homes. These homes have construction documents completed and are waiting to be built. The renderings enable site visitors to visualize what the home will look like so they can inquire and develop an interest in the homes that will be built in the near future.
